                      Microsoft Authenticator Transfer User Guide

1. Sign in to your account in https://account.microsoft.com/account/manage-my-account
   
2. After logging in to your account, go to 'Security info' then click '+ Add sign-in method'
   
   
   
3. Select 'Microsoft Authenticator' 
   
   
   
4. Download a Microsoft Authenticator App on your new mobile device. Then click 'Next'
   
   
   
5. After the installation go to your Microsoft Authenticator App then select 'Work or School', go back to the browser then click 'Next'
6. On your Microsoft Authenticator App, select 'Scan a QR code' then scan the QR code displayed in the browser, then click 'Next' after scanning the QR Code
7. After successfully scanning the QR Code you will be prompted to try out your new authenticator
8. If Authenticating is successful it should prompt 'Notification Approved' then click 'Next' to proceed
9. After adding your Microsoft Account in your Microsoft Authenticator App your Good to go by clicking 'Done'
   
   
10. After that you can now delete your old registered microsoft authenticator by going back to 'Security info' then delete the old device by selecting 'Delete'
