                              Microsoft Account MFA User Guide

1. Login your Microsoft account at https://login.microsoftonline.com/
2. After logging in to your account you will be prompted to set up your MFA. Click 'Next' to proceed.
   
   
   
3. Download a Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile device. Then click 'Next'
    
   
   
1. After the installation go to your Microsoft Authenticator App then select 'Work or School', go back to the browser then click 'Next'
   
   
   
2. On your Microsoft Authenticator App, select 'Scan a QR code' then scan the QR code displayed in the browser, then click 'Next' after scanning the QR Code
   
   
   
3. After successfully scanning the QR Code you will be prompted to try out your new authenticator 
   
   
   
4. If Authenticating is successful it should prompt 'Notification Approved' then click 'Next' to proceed
   
   
   
4. After adding your Microsoft Account in your Microsoft Authenticator App your Good to go by clicking 'Done'
