Zoho Mail 2FA User Guide
- Install Zoho OneAuth in your Mobile device.
- Sign in to your Zoho Account at https://mail.zoho.com
- After logging into your account, you will be prompted to enable MFA for your account.
- Open your Zoho OneAuth then select 'Sign in VIA QR Code' then scan the QR Code prompted.
- After scanning the QR Code you will be prompted to enter the verification code from your Zoho OneAuth App, then click 'Verify'
- You will be prompted that you need to enable MFA on your Zoho OneAuth App.
- On your Zoho OneAuth App select the applicable way's for your device to for authentication then click 'Enable MFA'
- After Enabling MFA on your Zoho OneAuth App go back to the browser there you will be prompted to generate backup verification codes for your account. These codes allow you to recover your account if you are unable to sign in with multi-factor authentication (MFA), Click 'Generate New Codes'

Make sure to save a copy of the generated backup verification codes. - After saving your recovery codes click 'Continue to sign in'
- Login to your account then you will be prompted to verify your login on your Zoho OneAuth App and your all set.
